Globally, the cultural subversion crisis is such that many depraved and thoroughly dumbed down people consider themselves educated. The current situation shows us in painfully vivid terms that there is nothing more detrimental to life than a society of ignorant people, therefore there can be no priority higher, and no imperative more urgent, than education for all of the people, including those whose education thus far lacks an emphasis on ethics, and deliberately emitting the splendid light of boundless human potential.

This opening section may seem to ramble a bit, but it's just here to give a general orientation:
You found the website that says "history has known many philosophies that have positive and attractive features but all of those philosophies have had sinister political features that were eventually exposed, so it is wise to doubt any new philosophy, but a million analyses will never, ever, expose a sinister feature in the new philosophy offered on this web site because this philosophy truthfully has no sinister features. Every person on earth will certainly benefit from this philosophy and nobody will be disrespected, subjugated, mistreated, denigrated, or harmed by it."
This is the website that says what you know is true: "Music has the power to absolutely cause global political perfection."
They tried every trick in the world to keep you away from it.
But you found it.
You deserve the explosive truth.
You can handle it.
So here it is.
Friendship is the new religion of the internet.
It doesn't replace other religions, it just gets added to them.
And friendship is sacred.
But the world is sacred too.
And the world needs leadership.
It's not egotistical, pompous, nationalistic, jingoistic, or imperialistic, in many ways it's not even political, it's just circumstantial.
Foreign anti-American entities have taken ownership of most of the media. But let's sincerely hope school newspapers, print and digital, are still a place for unmanipulated communication, because school newspapers will be the first to announce explosive change, when they realize that the moment is perfect, and immediately thereafter the mainstream media's fear of becoming irrelevant will lead it to reason and due deference.
But what does "explosive" really mean?
Can enthusiasm be explosive?
Can a quickly transformed education system have an explosive effect on the world's economy?
Can a website be explosive?
Yes. Yes. And yes.
And when you get to the core of the education issue, you'll find that what it comes down to is enlightening those who have been actively suppressing this website.
If you're going to remember one lesson in life, let that lesson be this rhyme which is applicable in every situation:
THE MORE YOU BECOME CIRCUMSPECT THE MORE YOU KNOW THAT THE MOMENT IS PERFECT
It's a rhyme but it's no joke.
Everybody likes to have fun.
But this site is much more than fun; it's explosive.
In fact, nothing could ever be more explosive than the enthusiasm for this site.
Will your school's newspaper earn a coveted place in the history books?
It will - if you urge it to be one of the first to write about this site, and with the burgeoning entrepreneurial journalism field overtaking the old media structure, the prospects are good for the most enlightening young journalists with the best sense of timing.
If you think that this is uninteresting or if you think that YOUR action won't make a difference, you're not facing reality and you're not grasping the urgency.
YOUR action, or inaction, will clinch victory for the young, or let the whole world be dragged straight down the pathetic path that it has been on for so long.

Four word site summary: IMMEDIATE RELIEF, LOGICAL EUPHORIA
A statement worth reading, and worth quoting: "Bitter partisanship has reduced America to something reminiscent of a losing team's players arguing amongst themselves. That's why people are turning to a new element, a leader who rises above all partisanship and whose plan appeals to the Tea Party while offending neither Democrats nor Republicans, neither liberals nor conservatives. This is a crucial breakthrough because it means that America can begin to soar and lead the world out of the debilitating recession. Being suddenly faced with such a bright high-tech future is quite shocking really. It's like the Alvin Toffler book Future Shock." - Unknown young television commentator

There are those who laugh at the idea of perfection.

"Going along with politics and business-as-usual is just not a realistic approach to the problems the world faces." - Rockefeller Aldrich Kennedy-Popton
IMPORTANT - Since to demand criminal prosecution would imply an undue faith in the farce of the criminal justice system, and since many governments are already negotiating settlements with financial institutions for the fraudulent behavior that preceded the economic crisis (and, in some cases, the negotiations are already complete), we should demand that the reimbursements be paid to the victims instead of being quietly added to government coffers. Nobody has time for lengthy court processes that really only measure which side can afford the better lawyers. That is why the negotiations exist. We should enlist every justice department to insist on a refund or other compensation for every individual victim of financial institutions' deceit, and without one day of delay, but, in the process of doing so, we should not lose sight of the indispensability of the banking system. Banks and large corporations may seem like cold money grubbers, but they advance the cause of business efficiency and expertise, and they are big enough to facilitate monumental achievements that warmer, fuzzier institutions shun. Portfolio management is an art and a science requiring encyclopedic knowledge of patterns. Considering recent events, it is essential that the people demand the establishment of safeguards against financial institutions misrepresenting the value of securities, and it would be interesting to see how much money could be raised through an economic recovery program funded by donations from Wall Street executives and corporate honchos, but there is no doubt that it would deflect attention away from the fundamental systematic changes that we urgently need to make throughout society. Though in some cases it is unspoken and in other cases it is subconscious, many people have a deep belief that certain kinds of people should be eliminated, a belief that currently causes massive methodical obstruction in subtle slow-moving processes and macrosystems. That belief is rooted in a desire to blame someone for serious problems in society such as vexing aspects of recent instances of steep cultural decay. And that belief is so pervasive that even within the most positive movements there are selfish and self-interested proponents of genocidal and divisive policies and bigots/despots posing as champions of equality/empowerment (for example, people who did not get vocal about the problem of poverty until they became poor themselves [or mired in debt], but who suddenly act as if they represent a majority without being honest enough to admit their true personal aspirations). The philosophy of the plan that you are hereby reading condemns that belief and establishes how facilitating the success of every kind of person benefits the whole world and how improving the ethics, education, health, and wealth of every person without ever harming anyone is palpable in all of the other parts of society. The issues that are discussed in the press, such as the minutia of the banking industry and the minutia of the health care industry, are actually secondary issues. In this plan, we focus instead on the primary issues, which will put the world in a position to understand the secondary issues. People feel so helpless, overwhelmed, intimidated, and frightened by the real issues that they are collectively in what is clinically known as "denial." With a typically inflammatory and defamatory approach, the media unintentionally exacerbates the denial but this plan does not. This plan is purely practical. It does not place blame,
because that is pointless. Though all of the world's problems are caused by
mediocre and faulty systems, those systems were created by people who thought they were doing the right thing. Though some persons have been perceived
as being mediocre or faulty, those persons are actually innocent
products of mediocre and faulty systems. To put our focus where it
belongs, solely on the solution, it is hereby established that
everyone is exonerated of all perceived wrongdoing. Everyone has done
what anyone would have done under the circumstances. So we must
immediately change the circumstances. One of the reasons why the problems have lasted so long is that some of the things that we must change are so minor that they seem negligible, but when all of the minor problems converge, it culminates in a clogged supersystem. The effects of the problems have been so gradual that we rarely notice how far we have fallen. We have lost many great aspects of culture. The time has come to restore all of those aspects as we maintain the ones that still endure, appreciate the ones that are flourishing, and create new, much needed ones that are different from any that ever existed before. The pepper spraying incident was not the first anti-democracy act associated with Linda Katehi. The overriding lesson here is that we need to look at the bigger picture. THE ONLY WAY HUMANITY CAN REACH ITS POTENTIAL IS BY
SPREADING ITS INTELLIGENCE. Our biggest
obstacle is our failure to express ourselves. THE BIG PUSH CONTINUES. REMEMBER: This plan

First and foremost, we must never let the immediacy of governments' fiscal concerns divide us and distract us from the ultimate solution, an optimized economy. Unity, or inclusiveness, is the only real option. From this moment on, we can be unified in denouncing the daily onslaught of divisive rhetoric. The notion that solving the world's problems threatens or is not in the interest
of those who are already rich and those who are already powerful is
completely false. Even the wealthiest, most powerful people are susceptible to contagious diseases. Besides the fact that every person is subconsciously concerned about the health of any ill or injured person, the most successful businessman can not operate his business if his employees or his customers are incapacitated by contagious diseases or by other types of ailments in addition to the customers' need to pay for inadvertent health-related necessities instead of paying for the businessman's products or services, a dilemma aggravated by the customers' temporary inability to earn a living. Since in many cases the best medical treatments are denied because of cost-related constraints or because of a simple lack of medical personnel and equipment, we all need to see the economy grow much faster so that we can afford to apply all existing medical knowledge and so that we can produce more nurses, doctors, and medical researchers capable
of curing (and finding ways to prevent) contagious diseases and discovering cures (and preventions) for other ailments that threaten us all. Every time anyone is ill or injured, it has a negative effect on the overall economy, so we all need a health care paradigm
that compensates doctors for preventing disease and injury, not just for doing
procedures or prescribing medications. Prevention is already the best option from the patients' point of view and from the insurance companies' point of view, now let's make it the best option from the doctors' point of view. Health care industry businesses that previously derived their profits from ailments are well positioned to increase their profits by gearing their businesses toward preventing ailments and maintaining health. Even though prevention is so much less costly for consumers than reaction, companies that derived their profits from reaction can make much greater profits by choosing prevention because the market for prevention is the whole population of the world and the market for reaction has never been more than a fraction of the world's population. A sustainable environment and
a safe, peaceful world are needs shared by us all. Even such
intangible things as better entertainment and better journalism would
be appreciated by everyone throughout the social strata, and those improvements are part of this plan. Many of the problems that will be dealt with in this plan are responsible for the drug and alcohol abuse that exists among the rich, the middle class, and the poor. Also this plan explains why we should and how we can make sure that every person on earth becomes extremely wealthy. Without exception, contrary to what some believe, for every kind of work there are people who are passionate enough and who excel enough to earn a wealth-building income. Though well meaning, aiming to grow the middle class is aiming too low. It's a matter of the quality of life. One way to understand why we absolutely must make sure that every person on earth becomes wealthy is to consider the glaringly essential economic fact that a world in which everyone is wealthy is a world in which the cost of production is justified for the most specialized products and services whose cost of production would not be justified in a smaller market. As the poor become rich and the powerless
become powerful,
the already rich can become richer than they were before and the
already powerful can become more powerful than they were before
because a bigger economy benefits all, and more democracy gives more legitimacy to
everyone's power. Regardless of where a person currently stands in the economic hierarchy, everybody has an interest in the solvency of the government. In terms of taxation and in terms of balancing government assets and liabilities, recent history has crystalized the indisputability of the fact that the criminal justice system is too expensive, military preparedness is too expensive, war is too expensive, and the long-term costs in the aftermath of war are too expensive. The world's underlying common interest is to create the conditions in
which every person on earth can become physically and mentally
healthy, emotionally and attitudinally developed, and economically
and politically powerful. We must achieve this without war and
without allowing any country to dominate any other country. THE ONLY WAY HUMANITY CAN REACH ITS
POTENTIAL IS BY SPREADING ITS INTELLIGENCE. Our biggest obstacle is our failure to express ourselves. THE BIG PUSH CONTINUES.

The entire world can agree that
in addition to economic collaboration we must collaborate to develop
a global pest positioning plan that includes an ecologically
responsible way to steer pests to natural habitats away from the
places inhabited by people (some electromagnetic and sonar
technologies may be appropriate), a strictly privacy-protecting extensive global disease
information and treatment technique sharing plan with data compilation that preserves anonymity (especially since diseases, including hereditary and congenital diseases, are already preventable by methods that do not include any form of reproduction prohibition policy nor any "ethnic cleansing" and which do not subject anybody to any kind of harm), and a
global public toilet access plan that ensures that everybody will always have access to a sink with soap and a public toilet wherever they are whenever they need access and will not be blocked by nor dependent on the discretion of private
establishments. But we all know that it is best not to create a worldwide
government.
We also know that we should not accept organizations that presume to govern the
world. The World Bank and the International Monetary Fund may seem to
have valiant intent but their system is not democratic and is not
designed to solve the world's real economic problems, and one task
that must be accomplished is to
establish that
the World Trade Organization, which is an undemocratic political
entity, can no longer overrule the laws of democracies. THE ONLY WAY HUMANITY CAN REACH ITS
POTENTIAL IS BY SPREADING ITS INTELLIGENCE. Our biggest obstacle is our failure to express ourselves. THE BIG PUSH CONTINUES.

But moreover, though every
country is democratic to some degree, none of them are democratic
enough. And the lack of democracy is deeper than the fact that electoral
fraud (and voter suppression/exclusion) is so widespread that nobody has confidence in the results of referenda or of elections.
With the exception of countries caught in the boredom and accompanying perpetual political gridlock of socialistic overtaxation of the rich (which makes talent flee to countries that have not eliminated the profit motive), the truth is, within every country, that no matter which issues are slated and no matter who gets
elected, idolized, or followed by the people, a small number of
individuals
and companies have an overpowering amount of wealth which they use to
corrupt and control the people, politics, and the media. They also endanger the
environment, and subvert the world's standard of living, by thwarting
competition in industries where more competition would improve the
methods of production and the quality of products and services and
make prices reasonable. This is as true of financial products and financial services as it is of any other product or service. As a result, the world has been deprived of
alternative technologies that are less dependent on scarce natural
resources at the heart of many international conflicts, vulnerable
economies, and disturbed ecologies. Prohibiting money's political influence would not remedy the situation because it would create a ruling hierarchy that would lack the fluidity of the commercial society that it controls. For any large jurisdiction, a non-hierarchical government is impossible because governing is a full-time job requiring scrutiny of an enormous flow of details, therefore responsibility (and decision making) is inevitably delegated, and those to whom it is delegated are kept at one post long enough to develop a familiarity with an issue and mastery of specialized terminology and procedure as well as in-depth knowledge and stewardship of a program or a department. There's no way to stop people from using their own money to independently do the equivalent of publicizing the virtues of the candidates of their choice and the causes/laws of their choice, nor is there any way to stop decision makers from being aware of which decisions will earn the preference of those who independently do the equivalent of publicizing the virtues of candidates and causes/laws. The remedy is to create more competition in every industry, not only because it would cause a more democratic government, but also because it would prevent antitrust and unreasonable profit margins. THE ONLY WAY HUMANITY CAN REACH ITS POTENTIAL IS BY
SPREADING ITS INTELLIGENCE. Our biggest
obstacle is our failure to express ourselves. THE BIG PUSH CONTINUES. REMEMBER: This plan

In order to maximize competition,
we must get rid of poverty, but politicians and
the media refuse to admit that past
accelerations of
economic
growth are only impressive in a
relative sense and
are completely unimpressive when
compared to the kind of growth needed to
eradicate poverty and maximize competition. Frankly, we must now
insist that our government officials spend less time talking about
what they have accomplished and more time talking about what they
have not accomplished, less time sympathizing with people and more
time serving people. Unemployment figures
and average wealth and income figures are deceitful instruments when
many of the employed people are not generating enough wealth to meet
their own needs and when the wealth and income of the top one percent
is averaged in with the non-wealth and bare income of the other
ninety-nine percent. Additionally, we must not allow our mayors to
remain preoccupied with ethereal fancy nor aloof about any aspect of
the reality of life in their cities. One thing that this plan hereby
explicitly prescribes is that
all governments should have a department responsible for directing a
sufficient number
of its employees to walk around connecting the public to education
and jobs, and every person
in public who is obviously in need of being connected should be
directly contacted in person.
Some governments may find that they can fulfill this responsibility
through private companies
and other organizations. The people who initiate the contact should also be
prepared to
connect the public to the full range of support services. There's nothing preventing citizens or organizations from taking the initiative independently to fulfill this responsibility. Indeed, it is a very good answer to the question "What can I do for my country?" In fact, there is a goth industrial metal band that will remain unnamed here that goes out on weekend mornings to connect citizens to bright futures. This one aspect of active citizenship alone can allow us to not only overcome the current crisis, but also to maintain our momentum through all future stages of macroeconomic growth. It is always worthwhile to make a deliberate extroverted effort because, by dedicating a few minutes to research, one person may find opportunities for education or employment that are perfect for another person who may appear to be somewhat secure but who is actually in desperate need of a lucky breakthrough in the constantly changing landscape of emerging opportunities. THE ONLY WAY HUMANITY CAN REACH ITS POTENTIAL IS BY
SPREADING ITS INTELLIGENCE. Our biggest
obstacle is our failure to express ourselves. THE BIG PUSH CONTINUES. REMEMBER: This plan

The highly touted
decreases in
crime, based on limited, skewed statistics (which can only refer to crimes that have been reported or detected and which furthermore exclude crimes that have been ignored by corrupt or biased officials or officers), are
also only impressive in a relative sense and
are in most cases achieved at the
cost of turning free states into police states in
which both the public and the police curtail people's liberties by
treating innocent individuals as criminals and in
which there are vast incarcerated populations. The reliance on police
and the military must be replaced by a reliance on dialog and diplomacy
because it is obvious to all thinking people that the police and
military approach is bound for failure. While most of the people do not have access to
enough capital to compete in
business and are repressed by massive
deficiencies in public services and programs like public transportation (including outlandish inconsistencies and inadequate planning for events that interrupt service), laws are drafted to favor the
wealthy individuals and companies and to criminalize the
disenfranchised who are consequently stripped of their right to vote
and/or offered conviction diversion work, workfare sentence options,
or prison labor opportunities tantamount to slavery or unfair labor
policy. Furthermore, in some places jails and prisons are being built
to initiate real estate development and are a profitable business
with lobbying efforts aimed at motivating politicians to try to
increase the number of arrests. Using prisons as "economic stimulus" actually backfires in the form of economic complacency and dependency. The only thing worse than the fact that imprisonment for profit is unethical is the fact that the profits are subtracted from the taxpayer's purse while a less costly approach to crime would optimize the economic potential of everyone involved.
CONSIDER A SIMPLE EQUATION: If the people in government were to think instead of putting people in uniforms to bust jobless fare evaders on public transportation and put them in jails (cages), the economy could get moving because public transportation would offer free rides for everyone, so the people who have money would continue to be taxed and the people without jobs could get jobs because they could get to and from job interviews and to and from jobs and to and from all of the places that the errands of social mobility entail and the economy would grow explosively (especially since many business owners' backgrounds are foreign to the region in which their business is located and therefore those owners tend to raise prices knowing that many of their customers have transportation problems, and free public transportation would allow everyone to get to where the prices are lowest for a particular product or service) and free rides mean a 100% employable populace = more production and more customers = a bigger market and fewer automobiles on the road + less use of energy resources + less pollution + less congested traffic = paradise.

rationalization for harmful, sensationalistic, and demagogic
products and services (for example, dramatic productions and
news outlets whose emphasis on violence and obsession with decadence and vulgarity present a distorted
image of the human experience to a populace eager to learn about the
world; aggressively marketed theme-of-the-day television talk shows
whose shallow
contrived contents encourage spontaneous acts of ignorance and
violence; issue-oriented television and radio programs whose hosts
betray the guise of
objectivity with impunity; "reality" shows whose rules require
friends to turn against each other or that lower the quality of art the way "American Idol" does by discounting too many of the factors that go into making a great musical artist, such as songwriting, message/image development, and an acquired ability to navigate the complexities of working with other musicians; formula-dependent fluff whose anti-artistic commercialism reeks of compromised creativity; pretentious nasal talking heads and their blissfully perky associates whose predictability is ultimately monotonous and much too often echoes the carefully crafted spin of corrupt governments; special reports whose excited
tenor amounts to instigation of war; a continuous stream of television/film productions whose romanticization of widows and widowers and stories of divorced people and divorced
parents finding love with people other than their original spouses lose the avenue to encourage
commitment among spouses and unfortunately choose to
glorify divorce and stepparenthood; newspapers and broadcast news programs
whose melodramatic
coverage of freak crimes causes the crimes to be immediately replicated by other criminals so predictably that there is an established term for the replications ["copycat crimes"]; the trendy new boastful tone of radio and television commercials whose savvier-than-thou attitude widens the burgeoning gap between the haves and the have-nots; weekly news magazines whose hunger for attention leads to either hyperbolic "cover stories" or a contrarian style determined to put a discouraging tone or an alarmist twist on every story; election coverage whose inaccurate and presumptive reporting of results causes people to vote for their second choice instead of their first choice just to prevent an opposing candidate from winning a reportedly narrowed race; tyrannical internet portals whose customer service is smug and minimalistic; and
media publications and productions in general whose wildly inconsistent, volatile sense of decorum and suggestive, arbitrarily chosen words, facts, images, and stories [for example, the story of the untimely death of the whistleblower and the evidently anticipated and staged pie in the face in the Murdoch case, and what it implies about the propriety and true allegiances of Murdoch's most intimate inner circle and its connection to intelligence agencies in the United States and elsewhere and about who is really running The Wall Street Journal and other influential media outposts, some of which have been portrayed as having fueled the dangerously divisive partisanship and economic disparities that are threatening some of America's most essential values], combined with
subjective
speculation and opinion, reinforces political, racial, and other
biases and stereotypes [as often in the form of a dismissive attitude as in the form of intentional omissions] and sometimes creates historical fallacies) but
they ignore the profit potential and other positive aspects
of seriously
backing
ideal products and services because the relative lack of real competition allows them to ignore those aspects. THE ONLY WAY HUMANITY CAN REACH ITS
POTENTIAL IS BY SPREADING ITS INTELLIGENCE. Our biggest obstacle is our failure to express ourselves.

There have been opportunities for
a few people
to become
wealthy enough or to get access to enough wealth
to compete with the quasi-monopolies and political corruption, and a small fraction of the world's population is content with the illusion of a broad rise into middle class comfort, but
looked at as a
whole, the world is getting poorer because the world's total
population is increasing by
one million additional people over the course of every four days (a
fact that is causing the overcrowding of our infrastructure).
Wealth is not worth much in a world of poverty
because even the wealthy people are distracted from reaching their
intellectual, creative, and social (and some
might say spiritual) potential;
every person is constantly conscious of the
negativity caused by the mediocre overall economy.
Education, the workplace, personal relationships,
and family
life can not
be optimally fostered under these conditions.
Basically, the American Revolution of the late Eighteenth Century is
not yet complete in the sense that America's democracy and
all of the other democracies are still too Hamiltonian and need
to be made more Jeffersonian. True democracy will not be ensured until
every person on earth has substantial wealth. THE ONLY WAY HUMANITY CAN REACH ITS POTENTIAL IS BY

The Worldwide
Solution is to
use the
momentum of
capitalism's worldwide acceptance to introduce a
new, brighter, more strategic, more environmentally and socially
responsible capitalism capable of expanding
democracy into
the realm of
economics by maximizing the participation of
every person on earth and
making the economy grow at a much faster rate; in
other
words, we must use A NEW KIND of free market economics to
very
quickly make
every person
on earth extremely wealthy so DEMOCRACY will be
REAL and so
the
PRINCIPLES OF FREEDOM can be shared. The new
brighter capitalism, through
unlimited innovation
in that which can not be described any less awkwardly than as "the area of resources and technologies and
environmental
responsibility" (and, in fact, through unlimited innovation in general) and through making full use of privately
owned surplusses and governmentally owned surplusses,
can transform the world into one in which all of the people have enough wealth to exert true political power (for example, the power to demand procedural and structural improvement of the legislative process and the power to demand that no microclimate be deprived of the highest telecommunications, air, water, utilities, and food supply quality standards), create optimum open competition in
business, and protect the environment. We can and must create the
circumstances in which each person can pursue the correct kind of
career for his or her individual personality because ultimately each
person on earth is the world's best at the particular kind of work
that fits the person's talents and passions, work that the person
enjoys doing and which gives the person the highest income and the
power to control the work schedule and conditions. The toll of sleep
deprivation is as greatly underestimated as the strain of
inconvenient or inappropriate work. And while we deal with all of these matters of human life, we must not neglect the wonderful bounty that hosts human life. We must become aware of our duty to preserve natural scenic beauty.
THE OLD WAY OF THINKING ABOUT THE ECONOMY WAS OBSESSED WITH WHETHER A NEW COLLEGE GRADUATE COULD FIND A JOB AND WHETHER A WORKING COUPLE COULD AFFORD A MORTGAGE.
THE NEW WAY OF THINKING ABOUT THE ECONOMY EMPHASIZES THE SPIRIT OF THE ENTREPRENEUR AND EVERYBODY'S ABILITY TO GAIN TRUE WEALTH THROUGH MEANINGFUL AND EXTREMELY LUCRATIVE WORK.
THE OLD WAY OF THINKING ABOUT THE ECONOMY DOES NOT APPLY. THIS PLAN IS INTENDED TO CHANGE THE WHOLE WORLD'S PHYCHE.
WE KNOW THAT IF WE CHANGE THE PHYCHE OF THE WHOLE SOCIETY, WE CAN RAISE THE LEVEL OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
WHICH MEANS WE CAN ELIMINATE THE ENORMOUS LONG-TERM HEALTH CARE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH OBESITY AND A WHOLE HOST OF OTHER SYMPTOMS
AND WE CAN CAUSE PRODUCTIVITY TO SKYROCKET ALONG WITH AN EXPLOSION OF INNOVATION AND CONFIDENT BUSINESS INVESTMENT, ALL OF WHICH WILL SUPPLANT ENTITLEMENTS AND BOOST TAX REVENUE WITHOUT RAISING TAX RATES.
THE ONLY WAY HUMANITY CAN REACH ITS POTENTIAL IS BY
SPREADING ITS INTELLIGENCE. Our biggest
obstacle is our failure to express ourselves. THE BIG PUSH CONTINUES. REMEMBER: This plan

There are two main elements that form the core of the Worldwide Solution. Both of these main elements solve many of society's problems but most importantly, they solve the business world's biggest problem, inadequate competition in the pursuit of innovative ways to improve quality. The first main element is the transformation of the educational system into a total commitment to the personalized specialization of every person on earth without exception regardless of age or background and always in accordance with each region's local culture. This is possible only if every government drastically changes its spending priorities. Some famous people have focused on tinkering with the teaching methods, but that kind of focus is just a distraction. After every government makes financing arrangements to multiply its public educational facilities (in many cases through acquisitions and conversions of existing structures rather than through construction) and considers all of its citizens admissible to the schools that it owns, every government will soon see its tax base swell as a result of expansive economic growth if every government makes a finite number of payments for each new instance of progress to every citizen who progresses to higher levels of education with the payments getting progressively larger at every step closer to the top of every field of study, beginning when students are fifteen years old (because that is when they begin to be demonstrably due for a tangible incentive that links them directly to their entire future). Citizens over the age of fifteen are to be due payments beginning upon their next step upward in academia. The participation of every level of government (for example, city, county, state, and national) will keep each jurisdiction's liabilities fiscally manageable. This is to be non-retroactive; only new instances of progress qualify. All schools, public or private, should be required to guarantee that adjustments to charges and/or fees do not usurp the payments. The payments should be tax-exempt and legally excluded from any calculation of the amount of loan money for which the recipient is eligible and can not be a factor in determining the terms of such loans, regardless of whether or not such calculations and/or determinations would appear to be to the recipient's advantage, as the pursuit of such loans could cause an imbalance in students' combination of motives. We should always strive to make education as customizable as possible at every level and always remain skeptical of regimental models. Governments will need to practice inexhaustible patience to customize the educational preparation of every citizen and to customize the guidance of every citizen so that nobody is unable to excel and so that every citizen is able to eventually choose appropriate fields of study because if a citizen chooses an inappropriate field of study, the citizen will not be one of the best students in that field of study and will need more preparation or will need to choose a different field of study. Near the top of every field of study, this plan will cause an explosive expansion in the amount of research and will work in conjunction with all available fellowships. The New Global Vision creates the proper context for students of all ages to understand why they should make all of the efforts that are necessary to excel. Funding the transformation of the educational system may seem costly but the fiscal equation works when all of the parts of the Worldwide Solution are taken into account. Private schools will continue to thrive. Fortunately, computers and the internet make education more convenient than ever (and the majority [and eventually all] of the people currently dependent on entitlements can be educated via the internet and consequently employed via the internet, with or without customized assistive devices [for example, this will allow retirees to forgo their pensions and succeed in lucrative new careers, lifting a momentous financial burden off of the government and the private sector, further expanding the tax base, and providing desperately needed depth of perspective in the workplace]). One of the most underestimated social problems is that the education system's convention of "completability' entrenches mediocrity and creates a terrible combination of incompetence and contentment. Education should be considered an ongoing process.
In addition to student loans, all prospective students, and all benefactors seeking legitimate tax deductions, should be systematically assisted in pursuing the pantheon of possibilities in the following four areas: 1) Fee Grants 2) Hardship Grants 3) Career Development Funds 4) Educational Trusts
THE ECONOMY WILL NEVER BE MORE THAN ANEMIC UNTIL STUDENT LOAN STATUS IS EXCLUDED FROM ALL CREDIT SCORES AND ALL CREDIT REPORTS. ALSO, PLACING LIMITS ON INTEREST RATES FOR STUDENT LOANS WOULD HAVE A NET POSITIVE EFFECT ON THE ECONOMY, AS WOULD PLACING A LIMIT ON THE SIZE OF PENALTIES AND FEES WITH REGARD TO SUCH LOANS.
The gist of this issue is that if we focus on making people successful, loan money will be repaid, instead of hindering growth by marring the credit of people who do not immediately submit, especially considering that those are the people most likely to produce innovation.
- This foresight with regard to the repayment of student loans is roundly justified because it has been invariably proven that regardless of whether a school is public or private, the best business model is to derive the bulk of funding from alumni fundraising, not from tuition. Even funds from governments should be considered mere seed money as all schools move toward the alumni fundraising model. The only sources of funds that are nearly as significant as alumni fundraising are elite athletics, sponsored research, residual income from patents and copyrights, land or property holdings, and partnerships with foundations or companies/corporations. -
FOR CERTAIN KINDS OF CREDIT/LOAN APPLICATIONS IT MAY BE ADVANTAGEOUS FOR SOME PEOPLE TO DISCLOSE THE FACT THAT THEY HAVE OUTSTANDING STUDENT LOAN DEBT BUT IT SHOULD BE CONSIDERED PERFECTLY LEGAL TO DENY THE EXISTENCE OF THE DEBT. EVERYONE WILL STILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO PAY OFF THEIR STUDENT LOANS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE EVERYONE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE OPTION OF USING A PAID OFF LOAN OR A LOAN IN GOOD STANDING TO HIGHLIGHT THEIR CREDIT WORTHINESS. UNTIL LAWS PROHIBITING EMPLOYERS FROM REQUESTING PERMISSION TO CHECK THE CREDIT REPORTS AND CREDIT SCORES OF PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYEES ARE ESTABLISHED, INCLUDING CLAUSES PROHIBITING EMPLOYERS FROM ASKING THE PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYEES TO PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THE REPORTS AND SCORES, EMPLOYERS ARE HEREBY REMINDED THAT A PERSON'S CREDIT HISTORY IS NO INDICATION OF FUTURE JOB PERFORMANCE. LET IT ALSO HEREBY BE PUBLICIZED THAT THE CONSENSUS IS THAT ABOUT TWENTY-FIVE PERCENT OF ALL CREDIT REPORTS CONTAIN ERRORS THAT MAY CAUSE UNJUSTIFIED DENIAL OF CREDIT AND ABOUT EIGHTY PERCENT OF ALL CREDIT REPORTS CONTAIN ERRORS THAT MAY OR MAY NOT AFFECT CREDIT STATUS.
People who are seeking to correct credit report errors are hereby advised to contact the creditors or the reporting agencies personally or with the help of free services but not with the help of private credit repair agencies. The matter of credit perfectly bridges this section to the very next one.
As stated above, there are two main elements that form the core of the Worldwide Solution. The second of the two is a massive infusion of real capital. The economic reality of real
estate gives new meaning to the popular belief that space is the
final frontier. The global financial meltdown redoubled the fact that there are
surplusses of real estate (including office space, artist space,
manufacturing space, inventory space, retail space, laboratory space,
research space, inventors' creative space, archeological space,
agricultural space, childcare space, classroom space, advertising space, recreation
space, sporting space, entertainment space, restaurant space, vehicle
parking space, and residential space), food,
computer components,
and
other products and of scientific, artistic,
industrial,
agricultural,
and business machinery, equipment, materials,
and accessories in some parts of the
economy while in other parts of the economy
there is an impractical
lack of those exact same things found in the surplusses. Instead of
being sold at a loss, left idle, discarded,
donated, or
continuing to be
stored,
these surplusses
should IMMEDIATELY be invested in those who do not qualify for standard lines of credit but who
can use the surplusses most productively and thus bring
dramatically
higher long-term profit rates to investors,
prevent the
products' and properties' market value reduction that
would otherwise be caused by the surplusses, and
spur the overall
economy.
* * * * * VITAL
POINT:
Surplus, by definition, is useless to its owners, so
there is a virtually insurmountable tendency to underestimate the
IMPACT of placing it in other hands.
Simultaneously, there is a comparable tendency to underestimate the
SIZE of the overall surplus. * * * * *
Equivalently, instead of keeping, hoarding,
donating, or
discount
selling personal or family vehicles, land, rooms, and
household stockpiles
of books, pens, clothes, and useful items of all
sorts that are
bound to be
underused or never used again, ordinary people
should
IMMEDIATELY
invest these
possessions in the right people, the ones
with specific
productive
need, willing
to commit to repaying the investors at or above
the value of
the properties plus
compound
interest. The same principle applies to every
person on earth in daily life and in the entire spectrum of economic
activities, including
investments of
available items, ideas, knowledge, and services, in the physical world and in every aspect of cyberspace and the virtual world. The
debtors will be bound by contracts. The contracts IMMEDIATELY become
assets for the investors and can be bought, sold, traded, or put up as collateral like any
other asset. Investing surplus
is completely different from investing money because money always has
exact face value but surplus can have zero value. Since surplus can
not be sold at full price and is not being used, its value to the
world's economy is basically zero (or less than zero if there are maintenance or storage costs) and its value as an idle asset or as collateral is likely to be appraised as relatively marginal. When surplus is invested in the
right people, its value to the economy goes up past full price and
actually equals DOUBLE the full price because the investors suddenly
have contracts worth full price and the debtors have full use of the
surplus which allows the debtors to earn money with which to repay the investors. This completely changes the condition of the world's
economy.
These and
other types of strategic
investments
require FOCUS. Seeing that many of these
transactions should be made via the internet, some internet experts
should be savvy enough to sell advertising
space to
third parties by designing websites (or software) to
connect the right
prospective
investors
with the right
prospective debtors at no cost to either
party. Fluctuations have occurred. When the economy
improves, it creates certain kinds of surplusses. When the economy
worsens, it creates certain other kinds of surplusses. In fact, even
when the economy stagnates, various kinds of surplusses
accumulate.
The reason why the Worldwide Solution will work so
PERFECTLY well is that
the surplus continually amounts to much more than enough real capital
that can be used in unforeseen ways. THE ONLY WAY HUMANITY CAN REACH ITS POTENTIAL IS BY
SPREADING ITS INTELLIGENCE. Our biggest
obstacle is our failure to express ourselves. THE BIG PUSH CONTINUES. REMEMBER: This plan

It is feasible for shipping
companies to offer stringent applications for free cargo and
correspondence services for surplus capital investment. That goodwill
is more effective than any traditional advertising campaign and less
expensive, which leaves the shipping companies in a position to lower

Lawsuits and settlement of
discrepancies with regard to surplus capital investments can all be
handled in a friendly and mutually beneficial manner under the
guidance of wise professional arbitrators officiating pro bono with
goodwill among their motives. Using arbitration is more just and
more pleasant than using the courts, and we can seize the opportunity
to keep the additional clutter out of the courts. THE ONLY WAY HUMANITY CAN REACH ITS POTENTIAL IS BY

Despite the dimwitted chorus of pessimism chanted by the media, two glistening rays of light have added phenomenal sparkle to the perfection of the moment.
Ray A: The very most basic principle of investing is that the perfect moment for acquiring anything of value is when it is undervalued, making the presence of the global crisis the time for a bonanza of investing.
Ray B: The unprecedented expansion of the international market.
Unlike some other kinds of
economic growth, this kind
of
super-high-speed global economic growth does not
threaten any legitimate
culture on earth,
it
promotes every legitimate culture on earth. By
continually and strategically allocating surplus, we can now
all be
wealthy and healthy (without
inflation, because more competition is the
greatest force against inflation, prices are lowered as a result of
the existence of greater quantities of products and services made
possible when productivity is increased by technological advances and
the per unit cost of providing
products and services is reduced when greater quantities of units are
provided, the internet facilitates worldwide price comparison and
progress awareness while minimizing overhead and maximizing the number
of hours of operation of all institutions, the ability to pay for
better education and better health care combined with better
nutrition and more exercise and sport increases the percentage
of
employable people and alleviates demand in the labor market [a more
highly educated workforce results from the fact that in the presence
of economic opportunity, students are more able to appreciate the
ideas presented in their education because they can clearly see the
relevance and applicability], unlimited
innovation renders irrelevant the effect of limited resources and allows
the overall
supply of
both goods and services to keep up with the
demand, and
population growth
tends to decrease when wealth and health appear
[because a child's increased probability of surviving and prospering
precludes the need to have many babies for the perpetuation of the
family line, and because young people begin to have more reasons to avoid
becoming parents and people in general begin to have more reasons to
avoid the increasingly time-consuming job of raising numerous children]). When everyone has access to education,
only the people who excel at blue-collar skills will make themselves available for blue-collar work, therefore they will
be able to demand higher pay without creating inflationary pressure because they will accomplish better workmanship and greater productivity in exchange for the higher pay.
A more inclusive economy means a larger economy, more wealthy customers,
thus more demand, so individuals and companies will not be harming
themselves when they invest their surplusses into their potential
competitors, they will only be gaining valuable contracts and gaining
many more potential customers by creating a better economy, and a
better
world. It is an important fact that for cases in which value is based
on preserving exceptional traditions, innovation does not compete
directly because it is technically in a different market. Explosive innovation combined with an adaptable workforce significantly reduces the need to use tariffs, subsidies, or currency exchange rates to influence international trade and employment. THE ONLY WAY HUMANITY CAN REACH ITS
POTENTIAL IS BY SPREADING ITS INTELLIGENCE. Our biggest obstacle is our failure to express ourselves;

Politicians will overwhelm you
with rhetoric but they will not offer you the power to achieve PERFECTION
It is now YOUR
duty, and the duty of each and every person, to implement this plan
because entrepreneurial opportunity,
the safety and security of employees, socially
and ecologically sound business practices and products, and fair
competition in business can be
ensured law,
but law is not able to make people take the
proactive
capitalistic
measures
necessary to reach universal wealth and health,
the only reasonable economic and sociopolitical goal. Law is the
realm of politicians. That is precisely why politicians can not offer
the solution. The solution is not a matter of what people can be
legally forced or obligated to do. The solution is a matter of what
people can be inspired to do, willingly, freely, with a mutual
understanding of the reasoning and the objectives. The solution
requires the motivating power of music and a plan that transcends all
borders. The world has many different governments,
religions, and cultural traditions, and just as we recognize that each one is
sovereign and distinct, we must also acknowledge that they are really
all the same. Interethnic conflicts, territorial disputes, and government office contentions are exposed as petty pastimes in the focused light of super-high-speed global economic growth, a mission involving every person and every place. Each part of the world has accumulated unique wisdom over the millennia, so each part of the world has an important part to do in
this mission. The conflagration of trouble experienced by the farmers and herdsmen of Darfur, where fertile landscapes are being replaced by desert, shows us that widespread investment of the
world's vast variety
of surplusses is required for a transition to the kinds of work that
will bring
a prosperous, peaceful future. THE ONLY WAY HUMANITY CAN REACH ITS POTENTIAL IS BY
SPREADING ITS INTELLIGENCE. Our biggest
obstacle is our failure to express ourselves. THE BIG PUSH CONTINUES. REMEMBER: This plan

People have always hoped a day
would come when
we would all be enlightened and the world would
live in
peace, harmony,
and prosperity.
Well that day is today, the day on which we
consciously begin to provide precisely the right capital to precisely
the right people for maximum acceleration of global economic growth,
precisely what the world needs to reach its bright future.
Now that this day has come, we can see that we must work with those
who were once our enemies. Vengeance is pointless, it only extends
the cycle of violence, retaliation by one side prompted by
retaliation by the other side. Terrorists seek political power,
freedom from oppression, termination of unjust imprisonment, and
cultural preservation and, though their methods are despicable, their
demands are satisfied by the Worldwide Solution.
Thus we end terrorism without even trying, because we end it by
helping ourselves in a way that would have been necessary even if
there had never been any terrorism. Incidentally, the problem of
excessive immigration from poorer countries to richer countries is
properly addressed by this plan because it provides exactly what
people need in order to prosper where they are. Super-high-speed
economic growth in the world's leading country is
vitally necessary for super-high-speed global economic growth and for world security. The experience of functioning with diversity is one of the greatest factors in incurring the leadership role. Until the United States
of America wholeheartedly embraces capitalism and democracy, it can not
expect all of its citizens to be law-abiding nor can it expect the
other countries of the world to cooperate harmoniously. YOU can set
the world on the right course right now by sending a message to
MTV.

***** LOVING EVERYONE IS A
PREREQUISITE TO LOVING SOMEONE This refers to a kind of love that is not physically intimate. If you are not fully committed to loving every person in the whole world, that means that you can scratch a person off of your list when you feel like doing so. One day the person you scratch off of your list will be a person with whom you have exchanged vows. Love is more than a fleeting feeling, it requires self-discipline and commitment. It is possible to get particularly emotionally involved based primarily on convenience, personality, or physical attributes. Some people refer to that as being "in love" but that kind of love can fade as soon as the convenience does or as soon as the personality or physical attributes are rivaled. If any person is not committed to
unwavering love toward everyone,
that person is unable to fulfill any exclusive eternal absolute
commitment of physically intimate love and is both a psychological
burden on society and a threat to every life, especially that person's
own life, because that person trivializes love, the most important
thing in life, and thus trivializes life itself. Some individuals and
some groups are evil in the sense that they think that they can
become or that they are separate or isolated from reality or from
some other individual or group or from all of the other people on
earth. We must care about and solve the problems of all of the people
on earth, and everything that we do must be intended to benefit
everyone, not just ourselves. The proverb is absolutely true: "If
you're not part of the solution,
you're part of the problem." It may sometimes seem
difficult to love someone who has not yet learned how to be a good
person or whose interests are different or differ from our own. But
every person has unique knowledge, and learning is never complete, so
we all must always accept that reality and fulfill our exact
commitments while learning and helping each other to learn, no matter
how overdue that learning may seem. "Love is not born, it's
made."
It is no small fringe benefit
that this plan leads to people being physically, psychologically, and
financially equipped for more and better love and love
making.
Experience requires that it be noted for everyone's
benefit that, in romantic relationships, to avoid heartbreak, it is
wisest to make sure that there is a very specific mutual
understanding of the terms of any commitment and to never assume that
there is a mutual understanding of the terms of any
commitment.
Vital advice from
Rockefeller Aldrich Kennedy-Popton about business and about life in
general:
Commitment, in the broader sense, is an important character strength that has far-ranging implications. Choose your commitments carefully because they really are binding.
The world is not a zero-sum game. In other words, to profit, a person does not need to harm another person, directly or indirectly. One person's gain does not necessarily mean another person's loss, one person's wealth does not necessarily mean another person's poverty.
Since the beginning of the first tech boom, we have become detached because of the digital structures. As a result we have lost sight of the fundamental fact that business is not about selfishly pursuiing profits, it's about being dedicated to indiscriminately high standards and being a friendly element in society. This loss is very clearly detectable in the policies and services of the businesses that we all deal with throughout the world. We can get business onto the right track by making a point of it, and this issue reaffirms what so many other issues prove; that competition would be to everyone's benefit.
It is impossible to overestimate the value of "hyperalertness" and "hyperattentiveness."
There are real advantages to properly managing your money. Consult with a professional financial advisor, preferably one who is also a professional tax advisor.
Keep your options open. They are the only assets of which
you have complete control of the quantity. Perceive it all, stay
open-minded, and always be ready to react quickly or to adjust
quickly.
Be skeptical of charity organizations. Many of the most established charity organizations are sustaining perks for bloated administrative staffs. Some of them are trashing many of the donated items that they receive and running their operations in slavery mode.
Be very selective about media (including music). Some of it is designed to dumb you down or distract you from important things. And beware of the trend of advertisements and entertainment that suggest that mediocrity is adorable or that annoying or dissonant music is hip or funny.
Be aware of the fact that hackers, governments, ISPs, or other kinds of businesses or entities may be blocking or redirecting web traffic or surreptitiously gleaning information from your computer or about your computer use. THE CREATORS OF INTERNET BROWSERS ARE VULNERABLE TO HEFTY CIVIL LAWSUITS ON THE BASIS OF USERS BEING DECEIVED ABOUT THE EXTENT TO WHICH BROWSING HISTORY IS DELETED UPON COMMAND.
By considering the environmental effect of the choices that we make whenever we buy anything, we, the people, can use capitalism to cause companies to develop products that can be marketed as more environmentally favorable than their competitors' products. As is true of all of the other facets of this plan, the only way this can work is if we share the message with the whole world.
It is incumbent upon everyone to let nobody doubt that we insist on establishing a global standard of full, up-front, forthcoming, honest disclosure in all businesses' dealings with customers. The era of deceitfully incomplete communication is over.
We can aid the spread of technological advancement throughout society by using more description and less tech jargon.
Be aware of the fact that fiction authors, non-fiction authors, and scientists are sometimes paid to reinforce predetermined conclusions. This is often the case with authors and scientists who are cited in the media and whose work is the basis for movies and other productions.
A suggestion for "tech support" agents: Don't pretend that you're doing someone a favor when you're addressing a problem that shouldn't have existed, and don't pretend that there's nothing wrong with the fact that the problem exists. It is absolutely shameful the extent to which we are bogged down with glitches and user-unfriendly interfaces.
Rich and poor coexist in mingling proximity in three-dimensional space, but in other dimensions, there is no proximity between the socio-economic classes. There is nothing more central to the reality of capitalism than the fact that a person or a faction of people who can afford to pay for high-quality products and services is experiencing an absurdly different kind of life from the kind of life a person or faction of people who can only afford to pay for lesser-quality products and services is experiencing. The ridiculous extent of the difference makes it impossible for one extremity to comprehend the other extremity. Being keenly cognizant of the inherent enormity of the difference is absolutely required for bridging the divide that has nearly prohibited the mutually indispensable cooperation.
To achieve excellence in every field of human endeavor and to make every person on earth extremely wealthy, income in every field should be merit-based. For example, until teachers' income becomes merit-based, talent will shun teaching as a career choice.
Beware of the slippery slope of a growing number of fringe groups that are trying to take undue advantage of advances in civil rights. Individual rights are not the same as demanding that governments condone/subsidize questionable behavior or demanding that governments exceed legitimate governmental functions like reducing the total cost to society and producing an otherwise unattainable, essential, general benefit.
Never forget that people in the news business see the world through the lens of the special access and the other perks of their profession. That's why they have such a distorted view of the world.
Regarding advertising, it is well known that the imposition of prohibitively high "minimum spend" requirements is a barrier to entrepreneurialism and allows established companies to become entrenched, but something much more problematic has developed in online advertising. The cork that is blocking the gusher of global economic growth is the fact that the mechanism for providing fast approval of adjustments to online advertisements and for providing an array of useful and timely data to advertisers about the performance and the potential performance of their online ads is strikingly underdeveloped and greedily deprioritized by the giant advertising portals. To avoid the hassle of needing to sue, be hereby forewarned that the major internet advertising portals are using underhanded methods to bilk large sums of money from first-time advertisers. One of those methods includes advising that the way to increase ad exposure is to raise the bid but giving no hint that there are new advertiser exposure limits. The existence of exposure limits is not the kind of thing that a new advertiser would normally know to search for in the searchable "Help" database (so new advertisers keep raising their bids wondering why they can't hit their exposure targets [therefore new advertisers are tricked into paying more and more for less and less]). These exposure limits also let more established advertisers react to new advertisers' ideas before the new advertisers are allowed to reach the whole market. In other words, exposure limits protect the status quo. Another underhanded method used by some of the advertising portals includes telling naive advertisers that the bid is not high enough for a particular keyword but not acknowledging that there are no other bidders for that keyword. Also, be aware of the fact that during the time when your ads are "under review" by the advertising portals, the reviewers are stealing, and sometimes selling, your advertising ideas and/or they are benefitting from your ideas in other ways. People are appalled when they find out that one of the biggest advertising portals charges advertisers for thousands of impressions without disclosing the exact URLs of the websites on which the ads (supposedly) appeared. The portal says that you can exclude any placement, but the truth is that if they don't tell you where your ads have been placed, there's no way to know which placements need to be excluded. Companies with large display (banner) networks boast of their ability to pinpoint ideal ad placements, but they actually place many of the ads in places that are wildly off base, and with that much latitude, the portals are able to sabotage any advertiser that they choose to sabotage. Sometimes companies that allow advertisers to select placements use subjective interpretation to deny the placements and force advertisers to choose a less accurate method. Introductory offers may seem generous, but since most takers are quickly swindled by "automatic bidding" and hidden placements that do not exactly fit the advertiser's keywords, those offers are not as generous as they may seem. Often, advertisers are not told whether their ads are appearing above the fold or below the fold. And if the ad that is actually run (for example, the headline and description lines of YouTube Promoted Videos through Adwords, or display ads that are encroached upon by the advertising portals' own imagery unbeknownst to the advertiser) is not identical to what the portal shows in the advertiser's campaign management console, a refund is due and should be credited retroactively without necessitating a class action lawsuit. Furthermore, if there are any options or restrictions that are not explicitly part of the initial ad campaign "set up" or "setup" process, compensation is due. There's also the issue of injecting constrictive judgment into the ad approval process and giving inadequate explanation for ad disapprovals (despite having charged an initiation fee for the advertiser's account in some cases). Many other things (for example, click on the advertiser's URL in any ad on Reddit.com and see how Reddit is double-charging and defrauding advertisers while inflating the number of pageviews and misguiding viewers), glaring injustices and hidden injustices that are happening in web advertising need to be addressed. It's so troubling that we need to seriously consider an effective regulatory strategy including frequent, thorough, and comprehensive sting examinations conducted by agencies which are themselves monitored by multilayered systems of independent watchdogs. This kind of regulatory activity can clarify the grounds for civil lawsuits and all of the other conceivable steps to ensure compliance without prosecution. Companies that voluntarily take the initiative to pay the due refunds and compensations will profit from a public relations boost. Suggestions for advertising portals: 1) In places where there is a simple ranking system for the positioning of ads, tell advertisers how many times their ads appeared in each position (not just the average position) so that they can adjust their bids competitively. 2) Boldly admit any missing features such as serious "frequency capping." 3) Give advertisers the option of advance payment to avoid daily exposure limits. 4) Reduce the constrictiveness of all content parameters. 5) Approve all ads unless they are obscene, offensive, or contain spelling errors (and never disapprove ads that contain challenging ideas or are difficult to understand [our growth depends on the opportunity to expand beyond banality]) and always tell advertisers EXACTLY what needs to be changed in order to get an approval (and tell them immediately upon disapproval, not later). Violations of any Acceptable Use Policies should be handled the same way as ad disapprovals; a prompt explanation of EXACTLY what needs to be changed should be given - no condescending diktats that abruptly close advertisers' accounts (especially if such closures consume non-refundable account initiation fees). 6) Always give advance notice of portal maintenance that will cut off access to advertisers' control panels.
Don't doubt the seriousness of any of the matters discussed in this plan.
Periodically, you will encounter people who will authoritatively advise you to accept imperfections. Overcome their authority.
Although the new taxes proposed in this plan offset essential tax breaks and credits and are designed to modify behavior rather than to increase tax burdens, and despite the urgency of finding new sources of revenue, politicians have not proposed any of the taxes suggested in this plan because politicians are more interested in chasing campaign contributions than in actually earning votes.
Be on guard against making assumptions about an individual or misinterpreting an individual's words or actions. Such assumptions and misinterpretations severely complicate life, especially personal life, and can be the basis of discrimination or prejudice. One common form of discrimination is in the instantaneous decisions that we make when we choose whether or not to give the benefit of the doubt.
Imagine a complete transformation of our perception of life. We can all experience an intensely more vibrant life by raising art to a position that is as central as the quartet of economics, politics, science, and technology.
Presently, finance is a shady game to some people and a mystery to everyone else. Demand and participate in a society-wide shift to deliberate, total, explicit transparency and prominent clarity in all matters of billing, credit, and investment.
If you think that there is something normal or acceptable about the fact that so many people live in substandard conditions, you are the problem; you are the reason why the situation has been so slowly resolved.
Ask all of your friends what action, big or small, they've taken to save the polar ice cap.
Truncated expressions indicate truncated thoughts. For that reason, it is best to express yourself in full sentences and without mincing expressions.
One example of the downside of the tech waves is the fact that computer-related companies have almost uniformly shirked their responsibilities to the public by using disclaimers, indemnity clauses, and warranty limitation clauses beyond what has traditionally been considered acceptable. The only way to reverse that trend is to scrutinize contracts and coordinate complaints in public fora. Another example of the downside of the tech waves is the fact that with the internet, we have created a monster that is devouring our culture because the most common characters among the movers and shakers on the internet are the worst kind of anarchists, people who like anarchy because it gives them a license to curtail the rights and liberties of others. Don't let those anarchists have sway. Insist on ethical practices. They will listen because those anarchists can not operate without people's cooperation. Did you know that one of the largest email hosting companies is censoring email? To misquote Nancy Reagan, "Just don't cooperate."
There is a great variety of social norms that differ geographically and we must become aware of the conflicting expectations so that we can function as a fluid global society. For example, in some kinds of stores in the West, it is customary for a shopper to shop and not greet an employee of the store until the shopper is ready to pay (and at that time, it is the employee's role to initiate the greeting), while in the Middle East, there are many places where it is customary for the shopper to greet an employee before shopping. In some parts of the world it is customary for a person to not greet anyone in any public place unless the person encounters someone that the person knows, while in other parts of the world, it is customary to smile and heartily greet everyone that one sees wherever one goes. There are many other examples. We all need to become aware of the fact that these kinds of differences exist so that we can avoid the danger of being offended by other people's customs.
From this precise moment on, there is no day holier than another, every day is the holiest of days.
Don't succumb to people (or media organizations) who try to make you think that you can laugh away the world's problems or that real problems are not problems. Notice how often laughter is used to avoid thorough introspection.
Don't subscribe to the candidacy of those who claim that morality is not at issue in selecting politicians. Morality, or the lack thereof, does carry over into important decisions made while in office and we should be concerned about how we are represented and how the morality of our culture is presented to the rest of the world.
People become stubbornly unreasonable when they are legally responsible for dependents. To deal with people effectively, bear in mind whose interests they really have at heart.
The idea of operating a business without responsive accessible customer service certainly did not come from American culture. Nobody knows where it came from but it is prevalent on the internet and if we don't boycott businesses that operate that way, it will become even more common. Even non-paying customers deserve responsive accessible customer service because non-paying customers allow businesses to derive income from third parties or may become paying customers. THE ABSURDITY OF ANY ENTITY THAT CAN NOT BE CONTACTED BY ITS CLIENTELE OR CONSTITUENCY IS SELF-EVIDENT. CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS AND OTHER EMPLOYEES WHO DECLARE THEMSELVES NOT PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE OR HELPLESS IN RESPONSE TO COMPLAINTS/SUGGESTIONS SHOULD BE INTERNALLY TRAINED TO UNDERSTAND THE INHERENT LIABILITIES OF OF ALL EMPLOYEES AS SPOKESPERSONS OF THEIR EMPLOYER.
Although it is difficult to abandon a cash cow, it is incumbent upon all of humanity to recognize that profiting from military spending is not a legitimate long-term intention, nor is profiting from charity. Even in legitimate fields, being content with corporate welfare or personal entitlements is no better. We can all play a role in making sure that everyone has loftier goals and be confident in their ability to achieve them.
The Warholian definition of fame is wreaking substantive havoc. The media loves it because it provides an infinite supply of filler, and the corrupt power establishment loves it because it distracts the public. It is upending the human psyche. Reject it.
Counter subtle forms of evil. Always question the motivation whenever anyone doubts/belittles another person, and whenever anyone gives short shrift or uneven courtesy.
Many small efforts add up to one big effort, so making many efforts every day to dispose of debris and to
be more organized and (since aesthetics are a central part of
culture) to beautify the surroundings (with nature and with art,
music, style, design, grooming, hygiene, poise, and grace) and to be
more conscientious, socially and environmentally, adds up to a functioning world, a place where humor and expressions of joy are not escapism. Where living conditions are such that apartments, condominiums, houses, or
other types of units are close together, people should do the soundproofing or volume lowering necessary to give their neighbors the freedom to choose silence. We can prevent sound pollution by simply being more aware of how much we affect other people with every sound that we make.
When dealing with business or technology, it is unwise to assume that key missing information is omitted unintentionally. Omissions are much too frequent and they are often intended to make things difficult for certain people. In such cases, the ommissions are literally a form of evil. The same is true of excessive complexity and confusing euphemisms.
Make sure that your standards and objectives are always as high as they can possibly be and always be on guard against complacency and almost imperceptibly gradual mediocrity.
If you think that becoming a resident of an above-standard property is a reason to feel that you've done something positive about substandard housing, or if you think that the solution to the world's problems is to go on a vacation to the Bahamas, "you're part of the problem."
Advancement is great but we really must be honest about the frustrating flaws. Everyone would prefer to not mention that our new communication systems are being designed by the most socially inept members of society, but unless we face that fact, we will not be able to offset the compounded setbacks that those systems are inflicting on the world.
Not every use of religion is based on good motivations. Be skeptical of the motivations behind each instance of the use of religion and formulate your acceptance of each instance on a case-by-case basis.
When organizing an entity to develop a product or service, consider, in detail, the full range of organizational models, including "nonprofit," "employee-owned co-op," "corporation," etc., or any combination.
NEVER UNDERESTIMATE A PERSON'S ABILITY TO IMPROVE, NO MATTER HOW OVERWHELMING THE AMOUNT OF NEEDED IMPROVEMENT IS AND NO MATTER HOW UNDESERVING, ANTAGONISTIC, ALIEN, IMPAIRED, OR UNDERPRIVILEGED THE PERSON MAY SEEM. We all need to be more conscious of, and
sensitive to, the fact that the history of social injustices is
responsible for the economic and cultural inequities that have led
to the present existence of seemingly unworthy people, and that such people
are therefore actually victims and should not be blamed personally.
They should be understood and helped (not through charity, but
through the principles of this plan). The other side of that coin is
that such people should make conscious efforts to understand how they
may be looked upon by others. To become a harmonious society, we need to add a new dimension to the education of children and adults and the new dimension should be a prominent part of all forms of media and of parenting as well as of the school curriculum. The purpose of the new dimension is to prevent domestic violence, subtle discrimination, the personal or corporate defacing of nature, and other social ills by teaching us to see such ills from the victims' point of view.
The only effective way to approach overwhelming tasks is to first focus on an overview then one extremely small part of each task at a time.
Ignore gossip and gossipy media. People are much more interested in talking than in telling the truth. If you have ever heard negative, discouraging, or simply inaccurate comments made about you by strangers who are generally too talkative when you just happen to be passing by, you know the nature of gossip.
Beware of the use of the word "safe." Often the use of that word is completely unrelated to safety, it's just political or ideological censorship. "Safe" default settings are the new oppression.
Don't refrain from expressing that you are insulted by companies that offer a maze of time-wasting automated telephone programs in lieu of or en route to customer service. Not all companies make billions of dollars per year, but some do make that much money and it is literally incomprehensible that those companies can not answer the telephone whenever a customer calls, considering the fact that the customers are the ones who are providing the billions of dollars. This is one of the clearest indications of the need for adequate competition. An appropriate role for government is to host a public database that lists the number of verifiable complaints filed against each company that fails to reply promptly to email from clients or fails to provide functional telephone support.
Let's not let "tech savvy" become synonymous with "cyber-snob." There's no good reason to let technology lead to a new kind of bigotry. The attitude of a geeky kind of one-upsmanship in tech-related commercials runs counter to unity and is promoting an increasingly neutered way of speaking.
There is unanimous international agreement on the issue of the volume of audio for commercials. If broadcasters and web publishers will not voluntarily limit the volume, every country must individually set limits so that we are no longer subjected to commercials that are twice as loud as the programs that they interrupt. If consumers and manufacturers are forced to invest in volume levelling (and the manufacturers pass their costs on to consumers), consumers should get a tax reduction, and broadcasters and web publishers should get a tax increase.
Get into the habit of finding creative ways to protect your anonymity online because many internet-based establishments are always sneakily pressuring you to give them excessively personal information, often disguising the pressure as an offer of added convenience or as access to additional services, and third parties such as government agencies are always creating new rationales for acquiring the data from those establishments.
There is no excuse for any government not implementing an email and call center that earnestly processes each and every anonymous regulatory suggestion regarding each and every industry and each and every field. Some people say that all regulation runs counter to conservative principles, but nobody can find a conservative who wants to abolish all food safety standards. Food safety is analogous to issues in every industry and every field. In the wake of so many egregious scandals and catastrophes, it's unbelievable that anyone would back deregulation of any sort in any industry.
If you ever say anything discouraging to anyone or about anyone, you've gone astray. Stop and do a serious introspective evaluation.
Resist the temptation to put too much faith in computer technology. For example, if a computer tells you that your password is strong, remember that the computer has no way of knowing whether or not your password is strong because the computer doesn't know what all of the buzzwords of the moment and hot new phrases are, nor does the computer know what is or isn't publicly known about you.
The value of ancient literature has become terribly underestimated. We can improve the world substantially by returning to the study of the ancient classics.
A common misconception is that the needy abuse the entitlements system. Actually, the ones who are abusing the entitlements system (- and flagrantly -) are the organizations and companies that provide substandard services to the needy in exchange for the bulk of the needy's entitlements (for example, housing in which the heating is off sixteen hours a day in the winter threatening lives and causing repeated coughing which spreads disease). As we move away from the entitlements system to a merit-based, education-driven economy, those organizations and companies will have to provide value.
Don't conform, consciously or subconsciously, to age-related typification. There are many factors that affect aging and there are exceptions to stereotypical characteristics. Your body never gets old. Eating is constantly replacing every part of your body. The only thing that can get old is your way of thinking. So if you don't close your mind to the idea of being youthful, you won't get old.
The absolutely most irrefutable evidence of the world's cultural subversion crisis is the prevalence of internet-based depravity. Companies routinely wait until a user's account is deactivated and all of the user's data is unretrievably lost and then inexplicably think that it's finally time to state that accounts are deactivated for exceeding an arbitrary period of non-use. The fact that those companies do not think that the policy should be stated clearly, boldly, and prominently during the initial account setup process is depravity tantamount to insanity. More evidence of the nearly universal depravity is the fact that many companies are charging exorbitant amounts of money for low-quality versions of products or services that are available for free elsewhere, and even "reputable" companies are urging users to join through offers of additional access to services and then wait until after the user has completed the time-consuming "quick and easy" account creation process before revealing that there is a monetary price for gaining the promised additional services. The implications will be devastating if we allow this trend to continue.
Many people think that they can ignore reality (or that they can ignore some part of reality, selectively, when it suits their capricious whims). The moment when they realize that reality is ultimately inescapable is the perfect moment, the moment when they stop being part of the problem and are suddenly a shining part of the solution.
The gracefulness of interpersonal interaction has been devastated by the reign of the geeks. We must very consciously return to an immensely more human way of relating among people. Being a geek is not something permanent, even if someone has been a geek for many years. Everyone has the potential to become well rounded.
There is no way to ever justify any kind of bullying, bashing, or harassing. It is never the slightest bit humorous or purposeful in any legitimate way.
Always make sure that you're empathetic, because nothing could ever be more annoying than the personality of people who do not object to the suffering of others. That kind of personality is similar to being content with a world of mediocrity. And being content with a world of mediocrity causes mediocrity to proliferate. Too many people are carelessly detached from the reality of how the vast majority of people on earth live.
Notice that ambiguity, barriers, and frustration are not the namesakes of any Greek "Gods." That's because none of the three exist unless we let them exist.
Bear this in mind:
Life is an endless cleanup job. That's why the name of the first president of the United States of America was the perfect name for a president. And to digress a little bit on a historical note, it should be noted that the name of the king of England from which the United States gained its independence was George.
BONUS: CLEANING UP MAY BE THE BEST KIND OF EXERCISE.
Answers to age-old
questions:
Q: Which came first, the chicken or the
egg?
A: The egg. Eggs were already being produced by the
chicken's predecessors before the first chicken emerged.
Q: If
a tree falls in the forest and nobody is there to hear it, does it
make a sound?
A: Yes. Sound is air being pushed by
the collision of the tree against the ground.
Q: How can a
person deal with the death of a loved one, and with the entire past
of mankind?
A: By knowing that the good things about all who
have passed are present in our thoughts and actions and by remaining
optimistic about the possibility of eternal life.
Q: How can
one get experience without a job, and how can one get a job without
experience?
A: Most importantly, entrepreneurs create their own jobs. But if, or when, you find yourself needing to gain employment, the best ways to do it are through being referred, volunteering, paid, partially
paid, or unpaid training or internships, creative description of
one's unique, odd, or unorthodox qualifications, enthusiasm, ability
to learn, compatibility, and participation in
extracurricular organizations in school.
Relevantly, Union
Pacific, the railroad company, needs to replace its retiring baby
boomers and
is therefore seeking to hire thousands of young people, no experience
required, no college degree required, and experience using a computer
game style joystick is preferred.
INSIDE SCOOP: There are tech job openings in Sonoma County, California, USA.
And the answer to one non-age-old
questions:
Q: Are geeks aliens?
A: Well, it sure does seem like an awful lot of them showed up, all at the same time. And they sure don't seem human. And they sure are messing things up in a coordinated manner. But there's no evidence to prove that they are invaders from outer space.
Keys to the new reality:
Key 1: Anthropology, archaeology, history, education, the economics of the tourism industry, and international/interethnic cooperation indicate that every country should make the restoration of all religious landmarks a top priority. Key 2: It is the responsibility of every person on earth to be oriented around preventing disability because of the huge financial burden that disability puts on governments and because of the prosperity that sustained human resources can bring. Human resources are key. To update the work of Adam Smith, it must be stated that in the New Global Vision there are only two resources that truly
determine the wealth of a nation, because all other resources can be
of fleeting value due to the anticipated rapid changes caused by the
accelerating emergence of new technologies and changing tastes and
fashions. The two true resources are people educated well enough to
be able to continuously learn and adapt to the anticipated rapid
changes (as those changes affect people's employment and people's
lifestyles), and a culture of courtesy that makes it possible for
society to experience the rapid changes smoothly. The second
aforementioned resource, the culture of courtesy, is important because life in society is pleasant only when people are mannered and courteous. Being selectively courteous is worse than not being courteous at all. We need to be courteous to everyone all of the time or else the whole system breaks down. One of the often overlooked things about being courteous is the matter of listening and waiting until the right time to speak; not ignoring, not interrupting, and not rudely changing the subject or talking with the intent of making it impossible for someone else to talk. And we should never forget to treat everyone with the highest respect, even when someone seems to not deserve to be treated with the highest respect. For example, in the United States, the challenge is often to respect people from different lands who use the United States for profit but who don't understand that Americans are sensitive people whose upbringing is in a tradition of courtesy. Too frequently, people from other countries work in stores in the United States but don't even have enough class to say "Hi" when an American approaches the cash register. Also, they are inattentive when customers need assistance. It is as if they don't know that other stores are competing for customers' loyalty. The most alarming sign of cultural decay is the fact that some people don't respond to a simple polite greeting. The clincher is the fact that some employees don't respond when customers greet them even though they are being paid to deal with customers. The newest degeneration is when employees are talking on the telephone to relatives or to friends instead of giving their full attention to customers in their presence who are seeking assistance. It is not only those who work in stores. Those who are employed in other kinds of jobs show similar behavior patterns. We should object verbally but not rudely whenever we encounter these kinds of behaviors. If we don't object (by talking to the individual about it or by talking to the individual's supervisor about it) at the moment of the incident, this cultural decay will snowball. If a person lacks class, they can't be blamed, but they can be guided and taught. After all, people who do have class have it because they were guided and taught by other people. Though it is tempting to avoid the issue, this plan would be derelict in its duty if it did not mention the fact that immigrants are eroding the American tradition of keeping establishments open during posted hours of operation. The fact that most Americans have foreign ancestors gives immigrants the false impression that they can impose their own culture (including the closing of establishments earlier than posted closing times). What they do not realize is this: America has a culture, most Americans were born and raised in America, and Americans are angered when they are inadvertently deprived of the opportunity to get access to a establishment's offerings, especially if time and/or money is lost in the process. This plan recommends sending a typed letter to such establishments to suggest that they change their posted closing times. A similar but less extreme scenario is if what is meant is that an establishment's employees must vacate the premises by 8:00pm, therefore they stop admitting the public at 7:50pm, the posted closing time should be 7:50pm, not 8:00pm. Based on the same principle, it is clear that, during the posted hours of operation, no vital part of any establishment should ever close for a break, for cleaning, or for the beginning of an employee's shift.
Key 3: Part of the culture of freedom is the philosophy of minding
one's own business, in other words, looking away and leaving people
to their own whims; for the sake of the quality of society, it must
now be stated that freedom requires us to not concern ourselves with
what other people do except in cases in which other people are our
students or our children or in which we are somehow affected (beyond
entertainment or curiosity) by what other people do. Thus most of the most contentious issues can be disregarded and allowed to be resolved by natural/poetic justice and the accumulation of wisdom.
Key 4: A warning is hereby issued that unless the practitioners of
globalization proceed with great sensitivity to the following three
dangers, a counterforce of resentment will emerge:
1) Unfortunate Trend Away from Cultural Variety and Toward Global
Uniformity
2) Exploitation and Abuse of Cheap Labor Populations
3) Geographically Biased Environmentalism
Key 5: Alcohol is a drug. From the earliest age, we should all be thoroughly informed of the fact that it is absolutely unthinkable to drive (or to operate dangerous machinery) while under the influence of alcohol, and the same is true of most drugs. And of course, any person or any group has the right to abstain from alcohol or drugs. However, that does not mean that alcohol or drugs should be illegal. Illegality creates a mystique. The mystique makes people unreasonable. And that is only one of the reasons why it is foolish to outlaw alcohol and drugs. In some places, alcohol is already legal to some extent, but alcohol and drugs should be totally legal everywhere. To deny choice is to deny freedom and to
ignore diversity. When a government outlaws a drug, that government
loses the opportunity to fulfill its responsibility to place safety
labels on, and to regulate, the drug. Thus, the drug becomes truly
dangerous, and the government unnecessarily creates an entire class
of criminals in addition to losing the potential tax revenue.
We should never again allow tax money to be put toward paying police
officers to harass people who are peacefully consuming alcohol or drugs in public or in private, nor should we allow people who are
selling drugs to be treated like criminals because such people are
simply responding to a demand like any other businesspeople. The illegality makes the prices artificially high which causes a wide array of related crimes. Alcohol addiction or drug addiction can cause major problems and can be difficult to overcome, but with the
New Global Vision and the Worldwide Solution fully implemented, sober
life will finally be enjoyable for the masses of people and they will
naturally opt for the physical and financial advantages of not
consuming drugs. Doctors will continue to write prescriptions, but people should have the right to purchase any drug without having a prescription. Knowing how each drug interacts with other drugs is what makes doctors' advice indispensable. It is well known that one dose of the wrong drug or one error in technique can cause severe or permanent damage or can be fatal, so each drug's unique safety label should be scrutinized and considered very seriously. And tobacco (nicotine) should be dealt with as seriously as all of the other drugs. As an example of how important it is to be serious about drug abuse, it is worth mentioning that overdose is not the only danger in dealing with drugs; if a person uses too small amounts of antibiotics to fight infections, the targeted organisms can become strengthened and emboldened. Even seemingly harmless drugs can gradually cause severe problems. Exploring a combination of exercise and proper nutrition is infinitely smarter than exploring drugs/supplements.
Key 6: It is common for businesses to state that they welcome suggestions, but in addition to always exhibiting a sincere abundance of humility by eagerly and apologetically absorbing and accommodating suggestions and constantly inviting feedback, all governments, all organizations, and all businesses, should consult with professionals who specialize in PERFECTING systems because there are many systems and subsystems that need to be PERFECTED. Being cognizant of this sixth key is definitely one of the most important parts of what it means to be "classy."
AN ESSENTIAL TRUTH ABOUT TECHNOLOGY The most accurate word to describe the technology status quo of the early twenty-first
century is "shoddy." Here's why:
Sometimes technological desires such as the desire for greater efficiency have clouded our thinking about what constitutes technology. Technology is something that makes the job
easier.
Automatic faucets that fail to respond to attempts to
activate, for example, are the opposite of technology; they make the
job harder to do. The idea of conserving tap water and avoiding germ
contact by eliminating knobs was noble but the consequent products
have not yet been technological.
Other
non-technologies (many of which may give rise to legitimate lawsuits from consumers because the stress that these products cause outweighs any technological advancement [and everything stated about products is also true of services]):
If a product is not completely and entirely self-explanatory to a
new user, it is not technological.
If it is difficult to set
up a product, it is not technological.
If it is difficult or time-consuming to "turn on" a product or to get through a product's "setup"/"startup" process or to "turn off" or "shut down" a product, it is not technological.
If the controls are
virtually the same color as the background on a product or if the
controls are hard to find or hypersensitive or not sensitive enough or undistinguishable from
one another or too close together, the product is not
technological. For example, enormous amounts of time are wasted looking for tools that only appear when a cursor hovers over the right area. Such areas should be clearly marked. The fact such areas are not always clearly marked gives us profound insight into what is wrong with programmers' psyches in general.
If a product is prone to malfunctions, breaking or breakdowns and/or slowdowns, or full or partial interruption of function or service, the product is not technological.
If a product inadvertently initiates unrequested processes or inadvertently loses data, the product is not technological.
If a product's creator(s) maintain(s) stifling authority over the applications of the product or intrusive monitoring of the product's use, the product is not technological.
If a product requires any kind of redundant prompting in some aspect of its use, the product is not technological.
If a product reduces its users' privacy or its users' anonymity or the security of its users' person, its users' property, or its users' data, the product is not technological.
If a product slows down its users' intended tasks by requiring the users to answer unnecessary questions or by requiring the users to make irrelevant decisions or to take superfluous actions, the product is not technological (and it's mind-blowing that someone would have the nerve to force you to see a pop-over when you're busy on a computer or, even worse, to force you to buy software by falsely claiming that your computer is infected or by disabling some of your computer's functions [and it's a mystery how someone could rationalize making your browser land on sites unassociated with the sites that you select instead of the sites that you do select; anyone who can rationalize it is no better than a scammer] - a "pop-over" and "pop-under" tax on applicable software producers and applicable website owners is something worth considering, though presumably the most problematic kinds of pop-ups will be sued out of existence).
If a product, an upgrade, or a new version is too costly, it is not technological.
If maintaining a product or replacing anything necessary is too costly, too time-consuming, or too difficult, it is not technological.
If a product is too fragile, it is not technological.
If a product withholds any privileges from any users in such a way that those users get the impression that those privileges are not being withheld and/or if those privileges are being withheld for dubious reasons, the product is not technological.
If a product does not feature clear complete instructions, it is not technological (and, in all applicable cases, the instructions should be printed on the surface of the product itself).
If a product allows its users to become bewildered about the status of any of the product's processes while those processes are occurring during the use of the product, the product is not technological.
If using a product requires knowledge of unexplained new symbols or unexplained new words (or unexplained redefined symbols or unexplained redefined words), the product is not technological (and as a reminder to all who are complicit in the nerdification of the world, let it be noted that there is no need to abbreviate everything or to create geeky new terms for things that can be easily described).
If a product is overly complicated, it is not technological.
If a product is unnecessarily incompatible with other products or unnecessarily inconsistent with other products, it is not technological.
If a product is obviously missing features that would have significantly improved the product at little or no additional production cost, the product is not technological. For example, unless file folders in an OS (digital operating system) automatically reflect newly created files, the folders should be reloadable or refreshable with a single click.
If a product serves its
purpose but harms the environment or society, it is not
technological. For example, satellites that crash-land uncontrollably, endangering the lives of people on the ground, are simply not worthwhile.
If an upgrade or a new version of a product interrupts or inconveniences any of the existing users of the product or effects a discontinuation of technical support for previous configurations or versions of the product, it is not technological. Similarly, if an upgrade is not explained in full and prominently, or if how to use an upgrade is not explained in full and prominently, it is not an upgrade, it is a downgrade.
If the "setup" process, registration process, or use of a product is nerve-racking due to cumbersome requirements or requirements that are not prominently or initially displayed, the product is not technological and if there is a possibility of any delay in reflecting any change of any kind of status in the use of a computerized system or other product, the possibility of delay should be stated upfront to spare users the hassle of trying to figure out what is wrong.
If a product usurps (or weakens protection of) intellectual property and subsequently reduces producers' ability to create excellent intellectual products, it is not technological.
If a product is encoded, cryptic, confusing, counterintuitive, or illogical, it is not
technological (for example, some versions of Internet Explorer require users to click "Favorites" to find browser history; that's counterintuitive and illogical. For another example, people who advertise through Google know how much trial and error [and stress] could be avoided and time and energy searching for instructions could be saved if Adwords would simply have the common sense to state upfront that CPM bidding is only available for ads that are focused on the display network. For yet another example, cumulatively, many hours of wasted time could be saved if Craigslist would use alphabetical order when listing location options for posting new classifieds. What is worse about Craigslist than the fact that it operates on the basis of mob rule and is therefore unable to overcome the ugliest mass flaws ("...Postings may be removed or omitted from index pages and search results by automated systems, Craigslist staff, or community moderation...") is the fact that they are not upfront about it and they actually tell innocent unsuspecting people that their "active" posts have been published in the Craigslist index, but after perhaps many wasted days the mob rule policy can only be discovered by searching deep into the "help" database. It is the epitome of an abomination. All three of these examples are internet-related but there are equally troublesome flaws is other kinds of "technologies").
If a company that produces a product suggests that an explanation of how to use the product is an added benefit or a favor, or if such a company charges extra for product-related explanations, advice, or tutorials, the product is not technological, especially considering the fact that such products are insufficiently self-explanatory (and the same applies to technology-related services).
TWO BLUNT NOTES TO COMPUTER PROGRAMMERS AND DEVELOPERS 1) Your products and services give people a very clear picture of your psyche.
2) Making nifty "apps" is far less valuable to mankind than reaching your full potential.
AN IMPORTANT POINT ABOUT CHEMICAL WEAPONS, BIOLOGICAL WEAPONS, ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVE PROPAGATION WEAPONS, AND OTHER LARGE-SCALE WEAPONS SUCH AS ATOMIC WEAPONS AND NUCLEAR WEAPONS, COLLECTIVELY KNOWN AS WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION Weapons of mass destruction are obsolete. As prosperity becomes ubiquitous, countries will begin to see that money spent on weapons of mass destruction is money wasted.
A FEW WORDS ABOUT THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM The old rationale was that the criminal justice system would administer punishment and protect society by extracting perpetrators and deterring potential perpetrators. But victims are desperate for revenge and some of the police are overzealous. That leads the system to make mistakes. After a crime has occurred, it can not be undone. The only
worthwhile way to deal with crime is to prevent it. And the only
intelligent way to prevent crime is to have a society that doesn't
cause crime. When everyone is enlightened by the New Global Vision
and the economy is dramatically better, there will be no criminal
behavior, only technical infractions that can be readily corrected. We will all understand the legislative process and we will all understand the laws. Everyone will put the good of society ahead of temptations.
People and companies will be able to pay taxes and abide by all of
the other laws without the threat of penalties. The terrible irony is
that the criminal justice system itself is criminal. The most ridiculous thing about the criminal justice system is that a person can be detained based on a mere accusation. Anybody can accuse anybody of anything. But there are many other ridiculous things about the criminal justice system. It is so
saturated with inconsistency and corruption that nobody would pretend
to believe that it could ever achieve fairness. It is a barbaric
vestige of a cruel past that should not be tolerated in the modern
world. And worse, the criminal justice system is based on the false
assumption that humans can be objective and, like god, can have
enough information about the victim and about the perpetrator (and
about all of the other factors [all of the details about the accuser
and the situation]). The issue is complicated by television shows that feature the police in action and courts in session. Many people do not realize that the police behave one way on camera and another way off camera. The same is true of the courts. The reality off camera includes less justice and more distortion of the truth. When the cameras are off, the police give fanciful versions of events to courts that exercise enormous latitude. On a daily basis, with real people's lives in the balance, police reports are creatively written and include a significant amount of fiction. The police are basically authorized to take away anyone's freedom at any time with the only requirement being that the officer create a story about probable cause. That would be too much authority even if the police were not notoriously biased and even if the police were not known for rationalizing excessive force and being overly anxious. And since prosecutors are aligned with the police, police officers are never rigorously prosecuted. That fact encourages irresponsible police activity. Most members of the public do not expect to be treated fairly by the criminal justice system. Everyone knows that powerful lawyers can get extra leeway from judges, witnesses for plaintiffs and witnesses for defendants give unreliable testimony, police testimony is given undue weight, the process of selecting a jury is little more than a game that lawyers play, the accused are intolerably inconvenienced while waiting to see a magistrate, defendants are brought into court dressed in convicts' clothing and are carelessly mischaracterized by ambitious prosecutors, and public defenders rarely offer more than a mockery of a defense. One erroneous acquittal, one erroneous dismissal, or one erroneous conviction is such a tragedy that it invalidates the entire system. And yet there have been many erroneous acquittals, many erroneous dismissals, and many erroneous convictions.
If supposedly
some wrongdoing and crimes have been undetected, unreported, or
unprosecuted, then those should be added to all of the erroneous
convictions (including the convictions that have resulted from
innocent people seeking to expedite the process by pleading guilty [incredibly, defendants can often be released sooner by pleading guilty than by being proven innocent])
to sum up the reasons to discount the meaning of criminal records.
Since people in the private sector and people in the public sector have used those bogus records to disqualify and marginalize a huge percentage of the world's population, the dubious nature of those records should be taken into account in all future qualification decisions. All criminal records are debunked and should be disregarded.
All persons presently employed in the criminal justice system,
including all sheriffs, all police, all court personnel, etc., can be
employed in the new crime prevention system. The entire reactive approach, including the
entire criminal justice system, should be IMMEDIATELY phased out and
replaced by a solely preventive approach. This means that all law
enforcement agencies should be replaced by law compliance agencies
dedicated to helping people comply with the laws. Law compliance
officers will need to be experts at explaining the reasoning behind
the laws and the good that the laws do for society. Crime prevention echoes
all of the other parts of the New Global Vision and the Worldwide
Solution because it entails a tremendous effort on the part of people
of all ages throughout society to very consciously spread a
fundamentally classier mindset, one of GENTLE CIVILITY with which we
can end the practice of issuing warrants.
Let's recommit ourselves to liberty; prevention
without detention.
As legislative and judicial processes continually upgrade the body of laws, all jurisdictions will need to continually update the coordination of crime anticipation think tanks and crime prevention agencies along with a vocal and concerted condemnation of reactive paradigms. It is widely recognized that the prisons are the product of lesser men who, due to their fear of virility, devised a system to keep all of the most virile men in one place by employing some as prison guards and incarcerating the rest. That fear is irrational and counterproductive. Others fear that the freed would go on rampages for drugs. But that is not likely to happen after the initial phases of the systematic transformation reveal which methods are most effective for informing former inmates of all of their options. Freeing those who have been incarcerated is a complex problem involving social services (and in some cases psychology or psychiatry) tailored to each individual case, but in most cases, the process will be relatively straightforward. Leading reform states, such as California,
can lead the way by emptying the prisons. The former inmates' attitudes and behavior patterns will be affected by the fact that they are released into a much changed interpersonal atmosphere due to the New Global Vision. Some inmates can be freed and given a monthly cash payment of
around $1000 which can only be paid upon attendance of classes on such
subjects as "A History of the Causes and Effects of Violence," "Non-Intimidation and Understanding the
Importance of Other People's Interests," and "The Tangible Effects of White Collar Crime, Corporate Crime, Identity Theft, and Cyber Crime," and on other appropriate
subjects. Intensive career support can also be provided. All other
inmates in the jails and prisons can simply be freed after being briefed about new alternatives to crime and given printed information about navigating the new system of public services and public education. Sheriffs and
police can teach classes open to the public on the subject of crime-free living. Anyone
who attends can receive a $15 cash payment per class and can, after
graduating from a five-class program, be eligible to receive full-time
or part-time employment teaching the same material to anyone they can
find and convince, each of their students
receiving the same $15 per class until able to prove through testing
that he or she is ready to be employed as a teacher of the material.
Teachers who find and teach the most students can be entered into a
random drawing and each month one teacher can win an all expenses
paid vacation travel package for two, or for the teacher, spouse, and
children. All of this is much less costly than incarceration and is
progressive rather than regressive. Sheriffs and police from the
leading states will then be in high demand in other states in need of
experienced leaders to help those other states
make the transition into the crime prevention
system. Clearly, effective crime prevention will involve many other
aspects, but this teaching and employment framework hints at the kind
of progressive thinking that will be required in all aspects of
preventing crime. The cornerstones of crime prevention are education
in general and transitional support services, including interim
housing and food, funded by community foundations and governments.
One of the good things about the fact that the New Global Vision and
the Worldwide Solution emphasize celebration is that fostering a
sense of happiness and elation is part of preventing crime as well as
enhancing the economy. There will never be any shortage of employment opportunities for lawyers (or "attorneys"); as the percentage of the population that is prosperous (or has bright prospects) rises, so will the demand for skilled assistance in dealing with a wide range of issues related to all sorts of interaction.
A NOTE ON CHILD DEVELOPMENT Parents and governments should be extremely reluctant to censor. If parents', or governments', values have merit, they will prevail in the context of all competing values, which is much better than making the children ignorant of, and unprepared to deal with, the competing values that the children will eventually and inevitably encounter. For the same reason, ISPs and other businesses should be prohibited from omitting any communications, because, in the atmosphere of the digital age, being offensively selective has become the norm. Misnomers (like Stumbleupon) exert excessively subjective categorization and judgment, and search engines, microblogging platforms (like Twitter), and social media hosts (like Facebook) pretend to offer the whole gamut of information but the reality is that they arbitrarily decide to omit whatever they choose to omit and they make those decisions whenever they arbitrarily choose to make them, which is more often than you might think. There have even been cases of malicious surreptitious censorship by unknown outside parties. The fact that Stumbleupon is dishonest about who sees new users' comments is relatively insignificant considering the severity of communication-related offenses throughout the world. We should not fear information and we should teach instead of punishing. One fact that is as true in raising children as in preventing crime is the fact that if you need to punish, you have not done enough teaching. When children need explanations and are instead given orders, their intellectual,
emotional, and psychological development is consequently stunted.
Creating the circumstances for the optimal raising of children is a
noteworthy advantage of the New Global Vision and the Worldwide
Solution.

Throughout mankind's existence, there has been immeasurable
suffering. Relatively recently, Thomas Jefferson, who is depicted on
a One Million Dollar Bill, wondered what is the purpose
of suffering. Perhaps the answer to Jefferson's question is that if
mankind had never experienced suffering, mankind would not know the
value of FREEDOM, the greatest glory, the glory
of eliminating suffering and of triumphing over evil. Fatalism and
misunderstandings of scientific and spiritual concepts have caused
unnecessary fears. World War Three is the war that will never be and
prophesies of doom and gloom were simply exaggerated predictions of
events that have now already occurred. Famines, wars, bloody rebellions, economic meltdowns, broad health fallouts, and widespread damages from tsunamis and/or floods and/or earthquakes and/or volcanos and/or mudslides and/or weather and/or fires, like all other sorts of predictable catastrophes (pollution, ozone depletion, nuclear or industrial accidents, construction mishaps, ecological upheaval, cosmological cataclysms, etc.), are
preventable. We know that weather extremes will increase for years before the next trend of lesser extremes, so we can be thoroughly prepared for the effects.
The reality is that mankind now stands at an
elevated panoramic vantage point and, in truth, this website is known
as The Golden Gate because if we all work together like a global
guild to do what is
right, the future looks as free and bright as golden yellow
sunlight. THE ONLY WAY HUMANITY CAN REACH ITS POTENTIAL IS BY

With this prospect, we can all
celebrate together.

Companies interested in
joining negotiations for exclusive or non-exclusive manufacturing,
distribution, or
retailing of music or any other materials please note the following four
points:
1) Radio and streaming can be part of the
negotiations.
2)
Digital downloads can only be made available for
purchase if their audio quality is
at least as high as the quality of 256 kbps audio files, resulting in
audio that is
virtually
indistinguishable from the original recordings, and only if
they are
DRM-free (meaning that they are to be without "digital rights
management", in other
words, they are to be without any usage
restrictions that
limit the types of devices or number of computers on which purchased
materials can be
played but the files can include an invisible and inaudible kind of
watermarking or other data that
deters unauthorized distribution. transfer, and piracy).
3) Physical
formats such as
Compact Disc (CD), Digital Versatile Disc (DVD), and Blu-ray Disc (BD) can not feature
permanent bar codes on the disk itself or on the casing and packaging. The reason is that bar codes are fine
unless they are superimposed in such a way that they can never be
removed from anything of an artistic nature (- it's easy to conceive of a less visible accounting system).
4) Publishing, licensing, merchandising, ringtones,
and live performance can also be negotiated.
